What types of changes to your lifestyle have you made to help manage your incontinence?

I am continually aware of bladder and bowel leakage and the consequent need to manage them. At malls, while my family shop, I find a bench near a handicapped restroom and read a good book. I pack a gym/diaper bag with all the supplies I expect to need, and keep it handy whenever I'm away from home. To keep myself free from objectionable odor, I take Nullo, wash and change as often as necessary, shave my diaper area twice each week, and include Clorox with every washer load of soiled diapers.
