I'm new to this group. I had a laparoscopic prostatectomy in 2005 followed by radiation therapy in 2010. 14 years later both my bladder and urinary sphincters are not long functioning and I am incontinent. I have been using passing a penile clamp. Have been. I have been considering having an AUS implanted. I've been reading medical abstracts finding mixed results of having an AUS implanted post RT. Does anyone have any history of side effects or complications from having an AUS post-radiation therapy? I would appreciate any input. Thank you
