Provitalize a 2 capsule a day all natural PROBIOTIC by betterbody co.
I order on line.
I dont have a healthy daily diet
Note i do not take medications so cant speak on that
This stuff has made me as regular every morning as a clock.
Tummy bloat and zero days with no bm.
I dont recommend some unless i think it is excellent and can help someone else.
 
I am having with my bowel movements. I always feel like I have to move my bowels however I am unable to. How do I obtain that product

I will say it was loose stool for the first 3 days but it settled into a regular normal type daily movement every morning between 10 and 11 am.

You can also try getting a Probiotic at a store. This brand name one I tried and since it works I have not tried others.

Google the word PROBIOTIC to learn why they work on digestive issues.
