Glad you feel comfortable venting. That does sound incredibly frustrating. I’d seek out the opinion of a different doctor, probably a specialist. It is worth seeking a professional opinion, they may be able to help. In the meantime I’d try some absorbent products that might help manage things when they are especially difficult. May i suggest my old tried and true methods to ease you off into sleep, relax your body into grace knowing you have prepared your bed with soft absorbent under pad. Swaddled your loins with protective covering. Prepared a nice cup of hot milk or cocoa and snuggled up under a big heavy comforter.
Set your phone or tablet to you tube and search out Gentlewhispering. Choose a sleepy sound video that appeals to you and just rest into the soothing kindly voice. No one judging you, loving gentle hands caress your face and hair. Just rest into the gentle sounds snd breathe.
 
Yes, and now I feel better 👍 making a Walmart run. Funny, I use allot of laundry detergent these days...🤔
