Nothing like logging into your Department of Human services account and seeing that they still have not fixed the issue that you called about two weeks ago. Now I am sitting with Anxiety for over 30 minutes waiting on hold to talk to someone so that I can get my heating assistance figured out.
It is far to cold here in PA. this year to risk needing assistance and not having it all because they put my address as my whole building and not just my apartment.
I hate waiting and being on hold.
I should have enough money for the year with what I have in my account but I have a strong fear of not because it is a lot colder than last year.
Also I have a fear that the mess up could change other things.
This all leads to more accidents which sucks.
It is also for some reason making me more constipated. UGH.
