Voids that even MegaMax can’t handle.

Anyone have leaks with even the MegaMax? I’ve literally tried every diaper out there and I just had another leak with a tie dye MegaMax and booster. It leaked out the side of my left leg. Frustrating doesn’t even describe it

When I was having my issues I would have huge accidental voids. I got to a point where I needed to wear 4 boosters with a thick Tranquility diaper. Even then I would occasionally leak

I would definitely go with a booster pad or mor if needed https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08V3P7KL9/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_1?smid=A3JAJ7OHW1Y26Y&psc=1

I’m on the phone with Northshore now. I don’t seem to have the issue with the black ones just the tie dye

So she is sending the issue to quality control and they will hopefully get back to me on Monday. If I have to use just the black that’s fine I have no issue with that. I hope they don’t want me to send the unopened ones back because I’m in my wheelchair right now and can’t get to the FedEx office.

EJ, here I need to use for bedtime the Megamax or something like that with 2 boosters, and she puts 2 boosters across the front, then overpants and of course under pads and mattress protection also.
Boom

make sure they know that than if you do need to send back perhaps they could arrange pick up

@justej

I have had the same issue. I found that if I do not do the top tapes first on the Megamax then there are very saggy in the crotch area. My leaks are always before my shower or bath in the morning and always near the back of the leg guards.

I don't use a booster in the Megamax.

And most days I can just use an adult wipe to clean my pul pants.

I only wear for night time but I soak my briefs at night or at least most nights. Do the black ones leak on you at night? I’ve been wearing Rearz alpaca and safari ones and they don’t leak but I don’t care for the animals. Looking for something that can handle full blown gushing voids and not leak.

Sorry you are having problems with the mega max!

Sorry to hear your still dealing with this. I haven’t found a disposable yet that will deal with my full voids yet, that aren’t extremely noticeable & bulky. I started using the Kins Taffeta waterproof pants over the Megamax, because even when I make the legs uncomfortably tight, in some positions I still had leaks at the legs. Times like after a long time behind the wheel, when I climb out of the Jeep my bladder just blows out everything in it! Same thing sitting in a long class, or lying in bed. As soon as I’m vertical, everything drains out. The pants aren’t hot like vinyl or rubber and are the lightest waterproof pants I’ve ever tried in almost 30 years. They even muffle out the crinkling noise most of us have come to know.
I now use them over a Betterdry with a small booster most days with a change early afternoon, as the Megamax seems to get too heavy throughout a whole day.
Again so happy to see you getting out and about so much, I’d hate to see you lose steam now!

You might want to try putting a folded cotton pad into your diaper. Cotton soaks up liquid much faster than the inner liner on any diaper that I know of, and then distribute it into the main diaper. I've been using this combination for years in my nighttime diaper and it has worked great for me. You do have to remove them and rinse in the sink after xx hours, but then just hang to dry and put them in the regular wash. I use WalMart "Flour Sack Towels"(10 for $9) which are really just very thin cotton cloths that dry very quickly when hung to dry. You can also use more than one in different areas as needed.
