What's the best way to approach a doctor without feeling completely stupid

i bought some vagacare vagina wgts. i saw my doctor concerning stress incontinence. he wanted me to learn to do kegels on my own but i felt like i needed help.

do you think vagina wgts help individuals with stress incontinence?

I have been doing kegels but not sure if im doing them correctly.In the office, he said i didnt do them correctly but didnt go into detail on how. so i bought the wgts. I dont have problem talking to him or anyone abt this issue..

i am 63..never had serious issue with stress incont until wgt gain. now, im trying to lose wgt.
