Given the first 3 days were hell, even with pain medication, I can say that I don’t regret pursuing surgical options. Knowing that I had a TURP in conjunction with the green light ablation treatment is something I am coming to terms with; considering that I was supposed to have a “change of plans” RP; I am essentially left infertile and impotent anyway. At least the urine flow is no longer minimal and I am not retaining. I am just trying to keep doing my Kegels so I am not running to the bathroom every 15-30 minutes.
