Total incontinence, no control. Best absorbent products?

After having 2 Artificial Urinary Sphincters in 10 years a third one, for me, isn't possible. Being totally incontinent is a bit challenging, especially at night. I sleep between 7-8 hours and the best combination of products I have found are Depend night defense underwear with a Because, 4 cup, booster pad. Sometimes it's not enough. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks in advance.
