For me, my go-to right now is adding apple-cranberry juice to my soda.

I also have been eating a bunch of coleslaw which I always liked but Wagman's makes this awesome coleslaw dressing that is the best.

The last thing I can think of right now is the hero clip I use on my backpack. Never thought it would come in handy as it has linked below.

Incontinence related, I am and have been using the Always Discreet brand pullups now because they have a nice fragrance that doesn't irritate my skin, and they don't show in jeans or tighter fitting clothes which is nice.
