Thirty-eight years ago today I came into this world with a lot of struggle. Now today all that seems to make sense.

Moving forward things are not going to be easy but I guess if my birth told me anything it is that life was never going to be easy for me.

On the 16th I have my sleep study and then I will decide if I am going to get home for thanksgiving.

I'm sorry to hear about your struggle, but I hope you have nice birthday with family and friends! I have been taking sleeping pills for well over 30 years and they haven't had any negative effects on me yet.
An old doctor friend of mine that used to prescribe pills for me always said that taking a little medication to relax me and put me to sleep was far less detrimental to my health than sleep deprivation.
