Since I started using Tena wash products I can now be without underwear at home as I can use the bathroom when needed and clean myself each time. I wear woven or fleece tracksuit bottoms when not wearing underwear and find it a welcome break from being padded and waterproofed. I clean my anus frequently even when I have not had a bowel movement as it has long been problematic going right back to those schooldays when I feared I would wet myself. My anus sweated a lot and I would leave damp patches on the school plastic chairs and I hated that. Another reason why I would have liked rubber pants back then. I would also have liked to have the double seat briefs from Sears that I now read about online. I don't think such briefs have ever been available in the U.K. I'm going to put on my bed time pants now for a worry free night.
