Discussed before - but what do you all do?

I have both bowel and bladder issues.

I use Bepanthen or similar if I am sore from diarrhea - and it normally helps.

In periods I have itching in the “diaper” area - any tips to share?

Some recommends shaving, others says that it just adds to the itching. I tend to have that experience myself. What do you all do?

For a while i did use Tena Barriercream and Tene Skincare. But curiously enough it seemed to dissolve the material of the diaper. Maybe anyone experienced the same? I do also use Tena diapers, so technically it should be ok ....
Now i only use a skin ointment after a bowel accident. I do not shave, only partly when i use an external catheter. My skin is very thin and i easily get wounds. Some say pubic hair adds to bad odor. My experience is plastic backed diapers lock in the smell very well.

It's been said that the zinc products for babies is comfortable.
You might consider an alien vera leaf cut open and the jelly center to be soothing but it's not a barrier cream just good for skin irritation on all skin
