Quick change men's Maximum absorbency

This is the Walmart product I referenced in my post yesterday.
Boomersway researched as the original post I made was NOT the equate product.

It looked unique in that it is a c shaped wrap for men and I thought it could be helpful

Hi DP I would suggest a baby diaper with plastic back cut off as a supplement but it's only a guess.
I do think the baby diaper is MOLDABLE for body parts to snug up against the out put body part and is more absorbent.

Frankly depends on the weather or full moon but I don't always sleep soundly and have resigned myself to changing in the wee hours of the night if I'm uncomfortable and am half awake on those occasions.
Actually I was counting on you as a great researcher to have better ideas ! Lol

In my experience, nothing comes close to LivDry diapers. Far superior to anything else I’ve tried, and I’ve tried them all.

Your choice of course. I’ve tried every single diaper out there, Depend, Because, Real Fit, etc.
They do not compare to LivDry. I think if you would to try just one, you would have a change of heart. However, it’s a personal decision. I wish you luck with whatever you choose.

Exactly all the products he named all low to mid-capacity I am currently using Abena Abriform L-4 with booster pad inserts

As I said, it’s a personal choice. For me, LivDry are everything I can ask for and they have changed my life!

Thank you DPCARE. You are exactly right. Cloth and pull-ups don’t work at all. I will only use plastic backed diapers. I use Tranquility All-through-the-night diapers during the day and Abri Form L4 diapers at night. I have never had a diaper leak at night with the Abri Form. They work great! Both diapers are plastic backed and are my choice.

I'm primarily a side sleeper but as long as I keep my "manly part" pointing down I never have leaks and I void a lot in my sleep. I wear Unique Wellness briefs because they make no noise (wake the wife) and they fit/feel more like boxer briefs than a diaper.

Not sure if these would work for a man with a micropenis,as it appears they need to anchor to that. But I will try them and see, it is good that we can talk openly about these ideas.
