POTS

Does anyone on here deal with POTS syndrome? I recently got diagnosed with it and I am dealing with bladder and bowel incontinence due to it. Overnight I don’t really have much choice other then to wear diapers as the bladder loss can be quite significant. During the day is when I struggle more with the bowel symptoms. Has anyone found a pull up that Is suitable for bowel loss? I just want to exhaust all options before I resort to wearing a diaper during the day too.

I have not heard of it but I too don't have much choice other than wear diapers 24/7 unless I want to go around with wet and soiled clothes and wet bedding

I have recently been diagnosed with pots. I also have problems with my bladder and wear 24/7. There are a few pull ups that will work. One is by abena I'm not sure what the product name is but it's a pull up version of the abena xplus line of diapers. That one would be your best bet. They are very thick and can hold a lot of volume. The second one is by tena again I can't remember the product name but it's a thick pull up nut not as thick as the abena brand. I'll do some research to try to find out what the product name is. I hope this helps you.

Try calling the incontinence suppliers and get their suggestions. They may even send samples at little or no cost. This way you can find what works best for you. Good luck

I'm very familiar with POTS. Have a close family member with POTS for 6 years. Our best pullup for bowel incontinence is the GoSupreme Lite at https://www.northshorecare.com/adul...s/northshore-gosupreme-lite-pull-on-underwear

Many of our customers with bowel issues also add a Garywear cover over the pullup for extra leak and odor protection. See https://www.northshorecare.com/incontinence-products/extra-protection/diaper-covers

Last tips is to save money if bowel issues are not too severe is to use booster pad inside pullup and just change the booster when have light bowel issue. It's a lot cheaper than changing the pullup each time. See https://www.northshorecare.com/adul...hshore-booster-pads-contoured-diaper-doublers

We have a team of care experts to guide you through this process 7 days a week at 800-563-0161.

Be well.
