Post prostate surgery pain

I’m 30 hrs post robotic surgery to remove prostate. I am in a lot of pain from what I assume is gas. Has anyone got any experience with this. I’ve been walking a lot but still in the hospital

Lasted about 5 days for me, miserable.

Try OTC Simethicone (such as Gas X), in the highest mg version of “ultra” you can find.

Even try Tums Ultra. The mint works better that the fruit ones, for me.
Have you asked the nurse? If you can't get a decent answer, ask for the Charge Nurse. They should be doing "turnovers" in your room, anyway.
