I would like to know whether anyone on this forum has had dental appliances (braces, ALF appliance, Invisalign, etc.) that did or may have expanded their palate and helped with airway space, and saw a reduction or reversal of their nocturnal enuresis?
I see several, very small and perhaps badly designed, but interesting studies, only on children, correlating a higher percentage of enuresis resolution when children were treated with palatal expansion.
I'd really like to know, anecdotally, if anyone has experienced this as an adult.
