Orgasm after RP

Hi-

I am 2 months post RP and continent however I still leak a little urine when orgasming which I know is considered normal. Does anyone have completely dry orgasms and if so was it from the start or did it just gradually get to the point of being completely dry ? I should also mention that the orgasms are without an erection.

My orgasm 5 months after surgery are totally dry….and without much of an erection. Trying stronger viagra to see if it will work but it did not do much the first time I used it!

I'm 18 months post RRP. No elections, viagra doesn't do anything for me so, no elections. Orgasms are achievable and they are dry as long as I make sure by bladder is completely drained.
I'm hoping for more improvements with more time.

Prostate & seminal vesicles produce sperm so once removed no more sperm, unless one is built strangely. ED is often another inevitability, but nuanced impossibility. Various instruments along with Viagra, Cialis, etc. can assist. Age is again a critical factor. So those who were unfortunate enough to have RP before their 50’s-60’s may have strong enough penile structure to better enable erections. But they will be dry.

I was 70 at time of RP and no erections without penile pump - works well to bring healthy blood to penis and feels good. Now 6 years later still need pump, but miss the real thing with wife.

I’m at 20 months and have had orgasms but I have no erections. I am 70 now and had erections prior to surgery but not easily. My penis is shorter and I do not think I will get erections in the future and have accepted this. I need to resolve pudendal nerve issues and incontinence issues in that order prior to rhis

It’s been 3 years since my surgery. I only achieve a semi erection which is not enough for sex, but I do get a full erection after penile injection. Works great. I wear a condom because at times my orgasms creates some urine.

I'm 11 months out from RP. Still use 2-3 pads a day. Dry at night as I am lying down.

Working with doctor regarding Trimix and have yet to succeed sufficient stiffness for penetration. Dose is now 40 units (started at 5). Still hopeful as he stated maximum dose is 100 units. Finally achieved a few orgasms without erection. They were dry but stiffness level of 3-4. Has anyone tried an injection other than Trimix?

I started out with 30 units of Trimix and it worked too well so I reduced it to around 10 units and still had success. I changed it to Bimix which has 2 ingredient instead of 3 like Trimix, I’m talking 15 units of the Bimix which works but not as stiff like Trimix, so I’m thinking of going back to Trimix.

I use a vacuum pump, ( medical grsde) with a constriction ring. I have only ever had one incidence of climacturia. When I use the pump I always make sure to empty my bladder first and since keeping to that routine I have not had a problem. I do get orgasms flaccid with no leakage too but I prefer to have one with the erection
