NAFC and researchers from Weill Cornell Medicine are conducting a short survey to learn more about the treatment process for incontinence. The goals of the research are to better understand why some patients do not seek care, their level of knowledge around existing treatment options, their satisfaction of the options currently available, and what they would like to see in new treatment options.
Please help us by completing this short survey. There are 23 questions and it should take roughly 10 minutes to complete.
