NEW NAFC SURVEY - WOMEN AND INCONTINENCE

NAFC is once again hosting an annual survey to learn more about incontinence sufferers and we would love for your help! This year's survey is focused on Women & Incontinence. We want to learn about the experiences and challenges you've faced when receiving treatment, talking to your doctor, the stigma around women and incontinence, who you talk to about your condition, and any issues or shortcomings you see occurring in the healthcare system related to you and your condition.

Please consider taking this short survey (it should take around 10-15 minutes) so that we can learn more about your experience. As always, these insights will help us shape future offerings, education, and programs on NAFC.org.

Thank you,
NAFC

I clicked on it to participate and it just goes to a photograph of the picture of the women in your last post. It doesn’t link to any kind of survey.

Okay, I could get the link above in the middle of the post to work, but I think you still might want to fix the lower link below, the one in the photo.

@NAFC - Trying to do the survey. It allows me to skip personal address, I hit country (US), I hit "next" - It reverts back to address which is optional. I don't get why I can't continue on? - Pam

@NAFC

Multiple topics and messages have been addressed to you asking you to fix the issue where the website is being hacked to erase some of our messages. You’ve definitely got a worm or something going on in your web server. It might be able to be fixed as easily as changing the password to your Web server. Surely you must have a tech guy you can call to get working on this ASAP, right? I think until it’s fixed, the website should be shut down entirely. Otherwise, think of how much information could be quickly erased by whoever is in there doing the hacking. This worm or this person could get rid of the priceless treasure trove of all the incredible resources stored here in the entire history of this website if you don’t shut it down and get it fixed. I hope this gets your attention because we keep trying and trying and receiving no response from you. @ThatFLGuy has also been trying to contact you directly and was the first to notice the problem and point it out to the rest of us. His findings are correct. Please tell us what is going on.
