Most embarrassing moment wearing a diaper

Mine was at a doctors office and was asked to undress and put a gown on / I left my diaper on and lay on the bed as asked / when the nurse came back and found I was wearing a diaper she said raise up and she pulled the pull up off me and I was so embarrassed I started peeing everywhere / then had to be cleaned before the doc came for my exam

I haven't had one real embarrassing one yet. Worn pull up diaper to urologist before but I'm sure they have seen other patients in diapers.

Mine was when I first started having issues when I was still 21 in the army. I had a huge leak while in formation. At the time I hadn't yet told my command what was happening because I was so embarrassed. That was a long and awkward talk
