Thanks for the info but strengthening my floor isn't my stress IC problem. "Toning" muscles already strong makes it worse - overstimulating makes it worse.

I'd be willing to try just about anything. I'm dealing with a multiple time a day, freezes me up or buckles me over in urge, and then I still can't stop the leak, which is getting bigger and bigger.
