your diaper doesnt leak and no one is in the bathroom when you need to change in the only stall.

in other news im trying to find the right combo for me. i decided the tranquility selects provided by medicaid were just not enough. i dont want to sit on a pee pad all day with no pants on. i just dont. ive cut back on my expenses and got a $22 increase per month for my disability (yea not much but ill take it). im playing around with northshore supremes for general daytime use and betterdrys for nighttime use. ive got a pack of supremes in my closet in size xl (lord what you find in your closet when you look) and im getting 2 more packs tomorrow. the large is too small and the xl seems to fit better when i play with the tapes after ive got it on. i hate being in between sizes. now to figure out how much of each to order each month. ill know for certain that the supremes will work for me when i get through these 3 packs.

im looking forward to the holidays with my family and will be using betterdry when im there. i dont even want to think about leaks for 10 days. i leave on thursday. flying while diapered is always a challenge but it tends to be easier when in a wheelchair. ill be using my wheelchair until after the new year when i hope to be able to use my prosthetic again.

Im in between medium and large it sucks. Why u like supreme?

Well I used them for quite awhile when I still fit in the larges. Then I “outgrew” them (aka. I got fatter) and didn’t quite fit in the xl. When I wore the large they hardly ever leaked and that’s such a big thing for me. I have large voids (I have a paralyzed neurogenic bladder from an accident) so after wetting once I had to change. This is fine for the daytime just not at night.

Long post short they hardly ever leak during the daytime and for the price are fairly affordable

Yeah im kind of in between medium and large. Larges work for me but are bulkier than ideal. Mediums are just a bit too tight. I think if i can lose 4 inches on my waist ill be able to go with medium.

I wish all the brands would add a few sizes...or at least my brands.

If in between Medium and Large in NorthShore Supreme, then MegaMax Medium should fit like a glove.

Adam - I’ve experienced odor when wearing the Megamax. It seems as though it’s not containing the urine smell very well. Has anyone else expressed this or is it just me? It could just be that I’m hyper aware though.

Not sure. We've not had many complaints about odor with MegaMax. We'll try to replicate the problem in our testing.

Can you recommend a good diaper from the drugstore? I got my mom always discreet boutique and she soaked right thru them. Depends are not the greatest in my opinion. I just don't understand why she soaks thru them, then what's the use of buying them?

I’m going to be honest. I’ve never found a diaper from the drugstore that does not leak terribly. Pull-ups for me are not absorbant enough and I think are only good for people who leak a little and are able to still make it to the bathroom. I’ve only found quality products online. I tried the mega max blue in xl last night and WOW. Not only did it hold up like a champ it was super comfortable. and I really like the blue. I’ll be switching to these next month and will be ordering 2 cases. I’ll somehow fit these into my budget.

Yea the blue is super nice. I like it better than the lites because it’s a solid color. Northshore did a great job with these. I’ll be placing my order January 3rd (which is ironically the anniversary of my accident that led to my amputation)
