Irritation

I find that the tip of my penis gets irritated pretty quickly so I started using Penaten diaper rash cream and that seems to keep it at bay. But if I stop using it for more than 2 days it starts up again!
I am not circumcised so I wonder if that is the issue of urine staying around the tip of the penis thus creating sone kind of infection!

The issue is constant contact with the urine, no doubt. You may want to look into impeding the leakage for a resolution. Else, keep the cream handy. Best wishes.

I use the Target brand of diaper rash cream. Lees expensive and works great.

At least 10 years, but only as needed

@Jacques1553 Yes, unfortunately being uncircumcised can contribute to this problem. For that reason, I had a circumcision surgery.
