I see some post on here that mentions insurance partially paying for some supplies External catheters, catheters bags , pull ups , pads and etc.
How do you go about that ?

My insurance provider, Kaiser, pays for catheters and catheter-related supplies.
So far, I have not been able to get them to pay for absorbents.

It's gonna depend heavily on your insurance company. The first place to start though is urology getting you a diagnosis for whatever incontinence you are dealing with. Then from there getting them or your primary care to write a prescription for the supply item you need whatever that may be. From there you have to see what your insurance company will approve or provide. From.my understanding many of them cover things like catheters, but very few cover the pads or diapers. The ones that do often only provide the cheapest product possible which are barely better than plain underwear, or they may pay partial amounts on other products. I know Medicaid in my state only gave my Ex a specific amount each month she could spend on a list of items. In that list was incontinence products, but they were fairly poor quality and nowhere near enough to last the entire month.

@Brandnewdude I use Comfort Medical. If you call them and give them your Dr and insurance info, they will take care of everything and send you samples in advance to get started figuring out your size and style. They can also connect you with a specialist to explain how to use them and answer questions.

These days with the cost of health care, many are paying a fortune in premiums, prescription costs, copayments, medical supplies, eye care, dental care, etc. When you add it up, it’s likely more that you realize. Some may be able to itemize your medical costs on your tax returns. Not sure exactly how it works, but I do know if your medical costs are high enough, you can benefit by deducting some of your expense and get more back on your taxes. Just a thought.
