Today August 3rd I am 65 years old and in the system Medicare Social Security etc. also six months post radical prostatectomy and doing well, I wish all of you a safe and happy upcoming holiday season and may you continue to find peace and happiness in your Journey

Great Birthday today, when asked what do you want for your birthday ? my reply is peace but not the kind you think of with peace and quiet but with the kind of peace that comes with balance of body mind and spirit and having that I plan to grow it everyday
