I have put other comments but they are not published. What can be
Will I be putting in the wrong place?

You can either click on "Start New Topic" on the top left hand side of the screen, or just reply to an already existing thread in the comment space, and then click on "Reply" at the bottom of the screen.

I don't know why this is happening to you. At least you know that this latest one got posted.
