They have specific instructions I had to translate from Chinese. Basically cool wash and hang dry. No bleach. But they are so much cooler (temp) than plastic pants and should defend against press-out leaks in the seat. They aren’t bulkier either
Those remind me of 'skirt diapers' I bought some from ebay thinking they were snap on diapers with only snaps at waist.
The skirt works well,about like wrapping your self in a bedpad.
