after prostectomy I needed one heavy pad at night , now after a few years I am using 3 some times ,4 a night with a booster pad . I thought I'de use less as time went on . Well at least I can afford the pads I need . Using Tena pads and booster pads from HDIS .

Also, post-prostatectomy (4 years ago). I never fully regained urinary continence and I would say that my incontinence has slowly gotten worse. In Depends and diapers 24/7. However, I am also cancer free.

Star..,
You might want to try a soft silicone sleeve device that a partner and I have filed for patent protection on. It is not yet for sale, but I would be happy to send you one, allowing you to impede the leakage rather than having to manage it. I need protection more during the day than at night, wearing the unit about 14 hours regularly. There would be not a cost to you, if you offer feedback on your experience. Best wishes. dglisan@comcast.net
