Found My New Go To Pull Up Diaper

I now have a new go to pull up diaper; Abena Abri-Flex Premium Underwear. They are currently the most comfortable, most form fitting and the one where the padding has held up the best in. May not have the absorbency of the GoSupremes but they still hold all my flow. Shout out to Abena.

Do you use these for daytime, night time or both? My mom has both urinary and fecal incontinence....needs something that holds a lot, but she will only wear pull up....struggles with tabbed diapers.

I use them for both daytime and night. I am only urinary not fecal, so I can't tell you how well they hold up with fecal matter. However, they hold up and work well for me and my urinary incontinence.

@mhart82 Thanks for the suggestion. I tried them and they have my size and they are very comfortable.

One question though, what are the stripes down the middle for. They're no particularly attractive, is it some kind of wetness indicator? An indication of size? They seem very strange to me.

@Squander I'm glad you tried and liked them.I think those stripd maybe are the wetness indicator strips. Not completely sure though.I don't see a size indicator directly on the diaper but I just went with my size they indicated. You can tell the back from the front because of the little masking tape strip on the back indicates the rear. They may seem strange at first but they have the best fit and feel of any others I have tried so far.

I think I understand a bit more about the stripes on the Abenas. When wet two blue stripes appear between the printed stripes on the outside of the pull up. Kind of a cool effect I guess, but the two blue stripes showing up when wet would have sufficed.

Ok, so don't ask me why I can't let things like this go, but O have always been curious and desirous of understanding things, even trivial things, maybe especially trivial things.

Anyway back to the stripes on the Abena, they are indeed a wetness indicator. You can judge by how much of the outer stripes are showing the inner blue stripes indicating wetness. There is cross lines that can be used to measure how much of the blue lines are showing and therefore how wet the diaper is.

I can now sleep easy tonight having figured this out.:D

Im currently using Id expert nappies, there pretty comfy as far as adult nappies go! There quite thin so almost invisible when im out and about
