Why do female diapers always feel better than male or unisex diapers. I have tried the Tena Overnight Unisex underwear and they work pretty good. I have also had to buy a pack of women's Always underwear once since that is the only incontinence product this little store had where I was. I thought they felt very nice and worked well enough for me in a pinch. If they could make male diapers as comfortable as women's diapers that would be great.
