External catheter

I am using Coloplast external catheter for the 1st time . It working great but had a question. I ordered the smallest bag and was sent 2 straps both different sizes . The bags has a slot on top and bottom both are the same size . One strap fits perfectly the other is too wide . Was I sent a wrong strap or am I doing something wrong

The smaller strap at the bottom around the narrower part of your leg . Have you considered a Urocare leg sleeve or leg holder. I only use the leg bag at night and always hold the bag with the sleeve on my inside thigh I don’t need the straps . In the day I use the smaller conveen cloth covered sports bag that fits in my trouser or shorts pocket. Had my pockets deepen slightly .. works really well It’s a 250 ML’s capacity so handles approx 2 voids before emptying . Emptying is easy from pocket don’t need to disconnect
