From the post on plastic pull ups. So everyone knows that there are more cloth like diapers then plastic backing diapers. As for Medicaid in NY you can only get cloth like diapers no plastic backing diapers at all.if you want them you have to pay out of pocket for those diapers. I find it hard to get plastic backing diapers because they are so expensive and it depends on who go with.
