Channel Irrigation

I cannot remember which forum I read this on, but I came across a suggestion of taking two boosters, rolling them into tubes and then placing them against the standing leak guard of the diaper. This effectively creates a channel and wall to keep the urine in the diaper. I am using the automotive cloths from Costco.

This has allowed me to not have to move when waking up to urinate. Normally I would have to make sure I was lying on my back and make sure my member is pointed down.

I use boosters often because of my surges, but this method seems highly effective and efficient. The downside, of course is the enormous bulk this presents on the front of the diaper. However, if one wears loose clothing and over shirts, I have not noticed it being that much more conspicuous. Anyway, thought I would share!

My boosters aren’t disposable. I use microfiber cloths that can be washed afterwards. BecAuse they are small, I
I can rinse them in the sink and put them in a separate bag until I put them in the wash.
