Bladder Pain Syndrome/Interstitial Cystitis/urinary incontinence is high in my book as I want to concentrate on my pain and not everything else. I CIC 6 times per day or have a Foley, and really the only thing that helps a lot is the Foley, which I'm not ready to go back there. Wondering if anyone here has had this procedure to lower pain and retention. My guess is I would leak more, but more then what? Yes, I'm labeled incontinent now. And very possible have less pain. Talking now with my team on Botulinum toxin urethral sphincter injection
Anyone tried this procedure for pain? I have had the shots into the bladder, it did lower the pain, but ended up with a Foley till it wore down.
