AUS patients (if you don’t know what AUS is, probably best to skip this one

I just had an Artificial Urinary Sphincter implanted. So far, so good. I have a personal question to ask, away from my doctor or girlfriend. It is one concerning, shall we say, self pleasuring one’s self. Penetrative coital relations are a thing of the past (thanks prostate cancer!!) but self pleasuring is still possible. My question concerns the physiology of the system implanted. Is it safe to orgasm (with the attendant physical spasms associated with such) while the cuff is activated to occlude any urine flow? When orgasm happens, does the cuff restrict any physical sensations, or is it just a normal, dry, orgasm?
Asking this question in a completely anonymous forum is much appreciated. Hopefully, an answer, or answers, will come from anonymous persons who have experienced this situation.
Thanks so much for your discretion and experience.

I have had an AUS for a year, and I have experienced no change nor any impact with having the AUS. I use injections for coital relations, and have found that to be a reasonable solution. After a while it's not very intimidating, contrary to what you might believe. I was actually surprised how easily it can be done now.

Come to think; is the ED drug BiMix still possible after an AUS?
I have to find a new urology doc, as mine left, so it may be a bit before I can find out from one of those. I think we had 1, now 0, so would have to travel 170 miles.
It's all a bummer.

The drug I use is a trimix and it comes in different potencies as prescribed by your urologist. It is mailed to me in a refrigerated state. You order the trimix, the needles and you will need alcohol swabs to sterilize the area before injection.

Yeah, TriMix is a direct decendant to BiMix, probably works as well. The decision on "potency" is determind by you as you increase the dosage by slowing raising the amount according to the scale on the needle, here. The needle is the same small one as per Glucose/insulin test, so the "pain" is minor, very minor. What I was getting at was: is AUS compatible with Bi-=Mix or TriMix.
My doc hasn't gotten back on the question of Warfain (rat poison) for Anti-Coagulent (A.K.A. blood thinner). Thanks, A-Fib.
Anzivino (cool name): thanks for responding.
