Anxious about upcoming well man's physical

In a couple of weeks I am scheduled for my yearly well man's physical with my GP. I'm getting a little nervous and anxious about him seeing me in a diaper. He knows of my bladder issues, and my prostatectomy/diverticulotomy, and will probably not bat an eye. I don't get as anxious having my urologist see me in a diaper, but with my GP it's a different story. Why would that be? I've thought about wearing a traditional "tighty whitey", but afraid of an accident. I at times wear only regular underwear when at home, but that doesn't always work out the best as well.

You can't be concerned about an issue like this. Doctors have seen just about all there is to see and he/she will not even think twice about it. In all likelihood, they have probably recommended this product to some of their other patients. Relax and enjoy the day.

Once the doctor reads your chart, he'll be aware of your circumstances. There'll be no need for explanation or embarrassment. I wish you well.
