7 month PSA

I had my Robotic Prostatec Nov 21 2023 abd yesterday had my second PSA test and it was 0.05. I am very happy. I’m talking to the doctor on August 7.
Not bad news today on my 53rd wedding anniversary!
Wife is thrilled and so am I.
Leaking has almost stopped and now have to try and solve ED which Cialis has not solved! Doctors will have me try something else next month!
I am a 73 year old male in pretty good health otherwise!

@Jacques1553 Congratulations, Jacques! That's great news. Good luck with the ED. I was told not to expect better erections post-RP than I had pre-RP. I had already noticed prior to there was any talk of my having prostate cancer that my erections were only about 7/10. I was 60 at the time. At 63 post-RP my erections are about 5/10, and very short-lived. I have tried all the treatments except implant, which I doubt I will ever get. At first it was difficult living without an erection, but I find that it is starting to be less important to me.

@JoelCairo Do you still orgasm?

It only gains a tiny bit of thickness… not enough to insert into my wife but she can get me a full orgasm even if it’s still pretty limp…. Feels weird but I want it hard like before surgery and I am open to trying different options…., will keep you posted!

Jacques I was told cialis needs to be taken with an empty stomach and requires 2 hours to take effect. Hope that helps.

Thanks. I knew about the 2 hours but not on an empty stomach…. Will try that tomorrow!

Have you tried either Tri-mix or Bi-mix injections?
Not yet but injections is what they mentioned in the phone last call… I will when I chat with them again in a week or two!

Hello, after 2 years of my Radical robotic proctectomy I still have ED but using the vacuum erection pump I have managed to have satisfactory relations with my wife. If anyone is interested you can visit the following website Osbon Erecaid pumps (I do not receive any commission for this advertisement). I have also been left with severe incontinence, which I have been managing satisfactorily using penis clamps, of which there are several brands. At first using both devices is a bit difficult, but when you manage it you have a great reward, as I do not plan to undergo any other type of surgery to remedy them. I hope my experience will be helpful.
